Noticia – Diez detenidos en Almería por uniones de conveniencia para arreglar papeles

La Policía Nacional en Almería ha detenido a diez personas, siete mujeres y tres hombres, de diversas nacionalidades, acusadas de formar parte de un grupo delictivo especializado en concertar parejas de hecho de conveniencia entre ciudadanos extranjeros y españoles o comunitarios. Lo hacían con la intención de regularizar su situación administrativa en España, de manera que cobraban hasta 8.000 euros a los interesados en arreglar su documentación en el país. Los involucrados, además de simular una relación afectiva, habrían falsificado diversos documentos oficiales para dar validez a los enlaces y los cuáles eran requeridos por la administración para unir al expediente matrimonial o de pareja de hecho. Llegaban incluso a acordar previamente que una vez transcurrido un año, solicitarían la baja en el registro de parejas de hecho, o el divorcio en caso del matrimonio.
