La Policía Nacional ha detenido en Fuengirola a un hombre de 48 años y nacionalidad española, como presunto responsable del incendio de un chiringuito en Marbella a principios de este mes. Está acusado de un delito de daños intencionados. La investigación se inició a raíz del suceso, que se produjo en una céntrica playa marbellí el pasado 4 de abril. El fuego, que dejó calcinado parte del local, causó daños valorados en miles de euros. Las primeras pesquisas apuntaban a un único individuo como el autor material del fuego. El hombre utilizó un artefacto fumígeno para originar el incendio. Una vez centradas las investigaciones, identificaron a esta persona que residía en Fuengirola, donde finalmente ha sido localizado y detenido.
