El presidente de la formación naranja, Albert Rivera cree que impedir el nombramiento de senadores, un trámite que hasta ahora nunca ha sido obstaculizado por ninguna formación política, supondría «bloquear las instituciones». Eso sí, Rivera no ha indicado si votará a su favor en el parlamento catalán o si se abstendrá. El grupo parlamentario comunicará esta decisión este mismo miércoles o el jueves, día de la votación.
