Noticia – Intervenidas 496 plantas de marihuana en un antiguo restaurante de Periana

La Guardia Civil, en el marco de las actuaciones que se llevan a cabo para combatir el cultivo y elaboración ilegal de drogas, han desarrollado la operación ‘Sinople’ en la que han sido intervenidas 496 plantas de marihuana en la localidad malagueña de Periana. La investigación se inició tras detectar los agentes un fuerte olor proveniente de un antiguo restaurante, ya cerrado, a las afueras del municipio. Por ello, se estableció un dispositivo de vigilancia en el lugar y se corroboró la existencia de una plantación de marihuana en su interior. Por estos hechos se ha actuado como investigadas contra cuatro personas implicadas en los hechos, acusadas de delitos contra la salud pública, defraudación de fluido eléctrico y falsedad documental.

The Civil Guard, in the framework of the actions that are carried out to combat the cultivation and illegal manufacture of drugs, have developed the operation ‘Sinople’ in which 496 marijuana plants have been operated in the town of Periana in Malaga. The investigation began after detecting the agents a strong odor coming from an old restaurant, already closed, on the outskirts of the municipality. For this reason, a surveillance device was established in the place and the existence of a marijuana plantation inside it was corroborated. These facts have been investigated against four people implicated in the events, accused of crimes against public health, electric energy fraud and documentary falsification.
