Noticia – Juan Guaidó ha retomado la negociación con el presidente Nicolás Maduro

El Jefe de la Asamblea de Venezuela, Juan Guaidó, ha retomado la negociación con el presidente Nicolás Maduro en una mesa con el amparo de Noruega, a pesar de varias presiones internas y de las instancias a nivel internacional. Parte de la oposición de Maduro insiste a Guaidó en que sea más duro con el dirigente chavista. Aún así, el Jefe de la Asamblea no descarta el diálogo y las negociaciones para llevar a cabo un periodo de transición en el país latinoamericano. Guaidó también ha anunciado que pedirá la Organización de los Estados Americanos la reincorporación del Tratado Interamericano de Asistencia Recíproca, con el que se permite la intervención militar en caso de que hubiese un conflicto que atentase contra la soberanía de la nación.

The Head of the Assembly of Venezuela, Juan Guaidó, has resumed negotiations with President Nicolás Maduro at a table under the auspices of Norway, despite several internal pressures and from the international level. Part of Maduro’s opposition insists that Guaidó be tougher on the Chavista leader. Even so, the Head of the Assembly does not rule out the dialogue and negotiations to carry out a period of transition in the Latin American country. Guaidó has also announced that the Organization of American States will request the reinstatement of the Inter-American Treaty of Reciprocal Assistance, which allows military intervention in the event of a conflict that threatens the sovereignty of the nation.
