La alcaldesa de Barcelona, Ada Colau, y el líder del PSC en la ciudad, Jaume Collboni, han presentado su acuerdo de gobierno para iniciar una nueva etapa «fuerte, equilibrada, cohesionada y estable» con 18 concejales que impulsarán una agenda progresista y plural. Colau ha destacado que el Gobierno municipal tendrá seis tenencias de Alcaldía, que se repartirán a partes iguales: economía, transición digital y Agenda 2030 y Seguridad para el PSC, y Ecología, Urbanismo e Infraestructuras, Derechos Sociales y Feminismos y Cultura para BComú. En relación a las discrepancias por el proceso soberanista, Colau ha explicado que «en temas nacionales, cada formación tendrá sus posiciones», ya que el acuerdo sólo aborda temas de ciudad y no se supeditará a otros niveles. Por su parte, Collboni ha recalcado que estarán al servicio de Barcelona y de ninguna otra causa política.
