Noticia – Las obras de Alhaurín el Grande terminarán este mes

Las obras de construcción de un puente sobre el río Fahala, en Alhaurín el Grande, que vendrán a mejorar las comunicaciones y los accesos en la zona, concluirán a final de este mes. Esta infraestructura de unos 40 metros que se ha levantado sobre el cauce del río, en la carretera que une dicha localidad con Villafranco del Guadalhorce, mejorará, en concreto, el acceso a esa pedanía y a equipamientos como el hospital comarcal, el parque de bomberos y el polígono industrial. Esta actuación, financiada por la Diputación, pondrá fin al grave problema de esta carretera, muy transitada y que quedaba cortada cada vez que llovía con cierta intensidad, ya que el cruce de la vía por el río se realizaba mediante un vado a nivel. El nuevo puente contará con dos carriles de circulación y aceras a ambos lados para el paso de peatones.

This action, financed by the Diputación, will put an end to the serious problem of this road, very busy and that was cut every time it rained with a certain intensity, since the crossing of the road through the river was done through a level crossing. The new bridge will have two traffic lanes and sidewalks on both sides for the crosswalk.
