El consejero de Presidencia, Administración Pública e Interior y portavoz del Gobierno andaluz, Elías Bendodo, ha calificado la sentencia de la causa judicial sobre los ERE como una gran trama que permitió al PSOE andaluz ir dopado en los procesos electorales llegando a todos los rincones de Andalucía. Bendodo ha apuntando que los ERE fueron un gran fraude donde el socialismo tuvo millones de euros sin control para gastar en lo que gastó, señalando que la investigación sobre la Fundación Andaluza Fondo de Formación y Empleo (Faffe) no se quedará pequeña y vendrá próximamente. A su juicio, lo peor es que el dinero, en lugar de destinarlo a los parados, se lo quedaron los socialistas y sus socios. Para Bendodo, la sentencia supone un antes y un después para que se mire al futuro con optimismo.
