El líder de Ciudadanos en Andalucía y vicepresidente de la Junta, Juan Marín, ha apuntado que la secretaria general del PSOE-A y expresidenta del Gobierno andaluz, Susana Díaz, como mínimo debería plantearse marcharse a su casa por las responsabilidades políticas que, a su juicio, tiene la dirigente socialista en relación al caso de los ERE. Marín ha apuntado que el PSOE de Andalucía ha resultado condenado, y ahora tiene más explicación por qué la entonces presidenta de la Junta, Susana Díaz, no quiso poner en marcha medidas contra la corrupción que le propuso Ciudadanos en la anterior legislatura para apoyar su investidura. Medidas que, desde el actual Gobierno andaluz de PP-A y Cs, se han ido poniendo ya en marcha como la Oficina contra el fraude y la corrupción política y la Ley de Protección de testigos. Por otra parte, los servicios jurídicos de la Junta están estudiando acudir a la vía civil para intentar recuperar el dinero defraudado.
