Noticia – Piñera lanza un «cambio estructural» del sistema de pensiones

El presidente de Chile, Sebastián Piñera, ha anunciado que esta semana enviará al Congreso un proyecto para reformar del sistema de pensiones con el que espera beneficiar a un millón de personas, un «cambio estructural» con el que el mandatario profundiza su agenda social tras la última ola de protestas. Piñera se ha dirigido a la nación asumiendo que Chile ha sido históricamente «un país ingrato» con sus mayores. El plan plantea un alza de seis puntos porcentuales en la cotización por trabajador. La mitad de esta aportación, que se sumará al 10 por ciento actual, irá al cargo del empleador y elevará el margen de ahorro, mientras que se creará un Fondo de Ahorro Colectivo y Solidario financiado con otro 3 por ciento derivado de aportaciones de las empresas y del Estado.
