Noticia – 1 año de prisión para el único acusado por la muerte de Julen

Este martes comenzaba el juicio por la muerte de Julen, el niño que cayó a un pozo ilegal en una finca de Totalán. Los padres han llegado a un acuerdo con el propietario del terreno, David Serrano y el juez ha aceptado condenarle a un año de prisión por homicidio por imprudencia grave y a una indemnización de 180.000 euros.
