Noticia – El paciente con coronavirus de Sevilla es el primer caso de contagio local en España

La Consejería de Salud y Familias ha informado de que se sigue investigando el foco de contagio del paciente ingresado en el Hospital Virgen del Rocío de Sevilla por coronavirus, un empresario sevillano de 62 años de edad que no ha viajado a zonas de riesgo como China o Italia y que no ha estado en contacto con ninguna otra persona enferma, por lo que sería el primer caso de contagio local de la enfermedad en España. Este hombre permanece estable y en aislamiento. Al parecer se investiga si una reunión profesional que mantuvo el afectado hace unos días en Málaga fue el origen del contagio. Al respecto, el ministro de Sanidad, Salvador Illa, ha afirmado que se está haciendo un esfuerzo importante para averiguar cómo se contagió. Por otro lado, los ocho restantes casos en Andalucía que estaban en observación en distintos hospitales por síntomas compatibles con el coronavirus han dado negativo. Los casos leves de coronavirus se van a poder seguir en los domicilios y se van a realizar pruebas para detectar el virus a las personas con neumonía ingresadas en los hospitales, según ha acordado el Ministerio de Sanidad y las comunidades autónomas en el seno del Consejo Interterritorial del Sistema Nacional de Salud.
