Este miércoles se ha inaugurado la nueva planta fotovoltaica Andévalo en Puebla de Guzmán puesta en marcha por Iberdrola, un proyecto que abastecerá a más de 20.000 hogares. A este acto ha acudido el presidente de la Junta de Andalucía, Juanma Moreno, con el fin de demostrar el compromiso y el apoyo real del gobierno regional hacia las energías sostenibles. En este sentido, Moreno ha destacado los 200 millones de euros que el Gobierno andaluz ha movilizado hasta la fecha para incentivar inversiones de ahorro energético, con los que se han realizado cerca de 4.000 actuaciones. Por otro lado, el ejecutivo andaluz ha asegurado que su Gobierno está trabajando para atraer inversión extranjera a través de la seguridad jurídica que las empresas e inversores reclaman. Con esta nueva instalación se evitará la emisión de 15.000 toneladas de CO2 al año, el equivalente a 70 veces el peso de la estatua de la libertad.
