El consejero de la Presidencia, Administración Pública e Interior y portavoz del Ejecutivo autonómico, Elías Bendodo, ha anunciado la próxima puesta en marcha por la Consejería de Fomento, Infraestructuras y Ordenación del Territorio de un sistema andaluz de lucha contra la ocupación y de asesoramiento para la protección de la vivienda que resuelva las dudas de los afectados. Así, a través de las delegaciones territoriales, se atenderá y asesorará a las personas que tengan su vivienda ocupada, para lo que se ha elaborado una guía informativa con las herramientas legales disponibles para proteger a los propietarios a fin de clarificar las posibles casuísticas y facilitar la respuesta jurídica idónea, sin olvidar que la singularidad de cada caso será determinante.
