La Guardia Civil ha detenido al presunto agresor que arrojó ácido a dos jóvenes en Cártama. Junto a él, han sido detenidas otras 5 personas como presuntos colaboradores de su ocultamiento y huida. Según informan los agentes, los cinco arrestados pertenecerían al entorno familiar del sospechoso, conocido como ‘El Melillero’. la operación, denominada ‘Tindra’, comenzó el pasado martes y en ella han participado más de 200 agentes coordinados con el resto de Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del estado para dar con el paradero del joven, que vertió ácido sobre su pareja y una amiga de ésta, dejándolas malheridas, una de ellas, con importantes quemaduras en su cuerpo teniendo que ser trasladada a la unidad de quemados del Hospital Virgen del rocío de Sevilla. Durante el operativo, los agentes lograron localizar al individuo conduciendo por la zona una motocicleta. En su intento de escapar, golpeó uno de los vehículos de la benemérita y escapó a pie aprovechando la escasa luz para despistar nuevamente a los agentes. Sin embargo, inmediatamente éstos iniciaron un cerco en torno al lugar que permitió su posterior detención. Los hechos ocurrían este pasado martes en Cártama y las víctimas continúan ingresadas con pronóstico estable aunque dentro de la gravedad.
