🔴Noticia – La zona azul en Cruz de Humilladero ‘espanta’ a los clientes

La implantación de la zona azul en Cruz de Humilladero por parte del Ayuntamiento de Málaga tiene a los vecinos indignados. La medida fue implantada el pasado 11 de enero. Las rayas azules y los parquímetros vuelven a 7 calles del entorno de La Unión, entre ellas, calle Alfambra, una de las arterias con mayor oferta comercial. En pocos metros hay carnicerías, pescaderías, fruterías, joyerías, tiendas de ropa de bebé, perfumerías, peluquerías. Comercios de barrio que se ven afectados por el aparcamiento de pago. Y son precisamente los comerciantes los que están notando los efectos negativos de esta decisión del gobierno municipal. María regenta una tienda textil en calle Alfambra. Dice que desde que está la zona azul en el barrio, hay días que no ha abierto la caja registradora.
Javier es otro de los comerciantes del barrio afectados que está notando la bajada de clientes en su negocio y por ende, una bajada de ingresos. Se muestra indignado.
La medida llega además en un momento especialmente crítico. Precisamente, durante la pandemia, ninguno de estos comercios tuvo que bajar la persiana. Ni siquiera en la crisis de 2008, aseguran. La llegada de la zona azul espanta a los clientes que son de otros barrios de la ciudad porque tienen que dar vueltas en busca de un aparcamiento gratuito que es prácticamente imposible de encontrar en un distrito ya de por sí, congestionado de vehículos. Fabiola lo sabe bien. Su comercio en calle Alfambra abre a las 9.30 y asegura que no hay ni un solo coche aparcado.
En septiembre de 2019, el Ayuntamiento, liderado por Francisco de la Torre, ya intentó implantar la zona azul en este distrito pero se encontró de frente con la oposición de los vecinos, que en esta ocasión, a pesar de las protestas, no han podido evitarlo. Una iniciativa que desde el consistorio malagueño aseguran que es de prueba pero que supone que 258 plazas de aparcamiento dejen de ser gratuitas. Vecinos y comerciantes coinciden en señalar que el alcalde no ha escuchado a los ciudadanos e incluso, algunos que asistieron a la última reunión celebrada para abordar este asunto, aseguran sentirse engañados porque el alcalde prometió un referéndum para decidir la implantación del SARE, cosa que no ha ocurrido.
