🔴Noticia – La Guardia Civil registra la sede de Abengoa en Sevilla

Agentes de la Guardia Civil han registrado este martes la sede principal de la empresa Abengoa en Sevilla. Los trabajadores se han visto sorprendidos por la presencia de los agentes que han accedido al edificio en unos registros ordenados por el Juzgado Central número 2 de Instrucción de la Audiencia Nacional. La investigación podría estar relacionada con un posible delito contra el mercado y los consumidores. Los hechos que se investigan se produjeron en 2016 cuando, supuestamente, se maquilló información para ocultar la situación real de la compañía y atraer inversores. De hecho, la causa arrancó con la denuncia interpuesta por un grupo de accionistas que presentaron una querella contra Abengoa y Deloitte, empresa encargada de auditar sus cuentas. La empresa se encuentra actualmente en un proceso de reestructuración, inmersa en un concurso de acreedores y cuenta, sólo en España, con 3.000 trabajadores.
