El conductor fugado tras atropellar mortalmente a un hombre en Sevilla ha sido detenido este martes. Finalmente, él mismo se ha presentado en dependencias policiales. El accidente ocurrió en la Avenida de San Juan de la Cruz de la capital andaluza, próxima a la ronda del tamarguillo. Según las pesquisas policiales, el conductor se fugó rápidamente del lugar del atropello y tan sólo se detuvo para quitar el resto del paragolpes del coche, cuya parte frontal estaba muy deteriorada debido al impacto. la víctima, de 53 años, salía de trabajar y cruzaba por un paso de peatones. Debido al golpe, el hombre fue desplazado 35 metros con lo que la velocidad del vehículo, según estiman los investigadores, tuvo que ser importante. El autor del atropello es un joven del barrio de Las letanías, en el Polígono Sur de la ciudad hispalense.
