🔴Noticia – Las piscinas mantendrán este año las medidas anti-covid

El Colegio de Administradores de Fincas de Málaga y Melilla advierte de que las normas de seguridad para evitar la propagación del coronavirus seguirán vigentes este año. Y es que, ante el inminente comienzo de la temporada de piscinas, desde esta organización colegial, instan a las comunidades a mantener los protocolos de prevención que ya se implantaron el año pasado. Según indica su presidente, Manuel Jiménez, el 90 por ciento de las comunidades de vecinos de Málaga abrió sus piscinas con medidas anti-covid sin que se registraran grandes incidencias y prácticamente la totalidad pudo mantener su actividad durante toda la temporada en estos espacios comunitarios gracias al seguimiento de las medidas. El aforo permitido para las piscinas comunitarias es del 75% y debe mantenerse la distancia de 1,5 metros entre usuarios no convivientes. Para facilitar ese distanciamiento social, debe señalizarse en el suelo algún tipo de marca que establezca la distribución del espacio. También recuerdan desde el Colegio que se debe colocar cartelería con información sobre el Covid-19, asegurar la limpieza y desinfección de las instalaciones antes de la apertura de cada jornada y cumplir con las medidas básicas como la desinfección de manos a la entrada y salida del recinto. La implantación de todas estas medidas puede suponer de media para una comunidad de vecinos 3.500 euros de inversión.
