🔴Noticia – Marín quiere definir el marco jurídico en Andalucía tras el 9 de mayo

El consejero de Justicia de la Junta, Juan Marín, ha explicado este lunes que se reunirá con miembros del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía (TSJA) y la Fiscalía andaluza para analizar la situación a nivel jurídico una vez que acabe el estado de alarma el próximo 9 de mayo. Marín ha recordado que una vez que decaiga el estado de alarma, se levantará automáticamente el cierre perimetral de la comunidad, por ejemplo,y ninguna administración autonómica tiene competencias para limitar la movilidad en su territorio si no es bajo el amparo del estado de alarma. Por ello, el consejero y vicepresidente del gobierno andaluz, insiste en mantener diversas reuniones para cerrar con los distintos agentes sociales una serie de propuestas para trasladarlas al Gobierno central. Por otro lado, Juan Marín, avanza que este martes el comité de expertos podría permitir la movilidad entre provincias en Andalucía, siempre y cuando, remarca, la situación de la pandemia lo permita.
