El Pleno del Consejo General del Poder Judicial (CGPJ) ha rechazado las propuestas instadas por ocho de sus vocales para llevar al Tribunal Constitucional la reforma instada por PSOE y Unidas Podemos que le resta atribuciones, entre ellas la de realizar nombramientos en la cúpula judicial.
