La portavoz de Educación del Grupo Parlamentario Socialista, Beatriz Rubiño, ha criticado que Moreno Bonilla no ha propuesto en el Consejo Interterritorial la prórroga del Estado de Alarma, cuando es una exigencia que ha hecho pública en numerosas ocasiones. Rubiño le ha pedido al gobierno andaluz disminuir la confrontación entre el Ejecutivo Central y Andalucía.
