🔴Noticia – El Supremo tendrá la última palabra en las restricciones de las CCAA

El Gobierno ha aprobado este martes un decreto para regular la nueva fase que se abrirá el 9 de mayo tras el fin del estado de alarma que, entre otras cosas, va a permitir a las Comunidades recurrir ante el Tribunal Supremo las decisiones que adopten los Tribunales Superiores de Justicia sobre las restricciones. Así lo ha expresado la vicepresidenta primera del Gobierno, Carmen Calvo, en rueda de prensa tras el Consejo de Ministros, donde ha señalado además que el margen será de cinco días.
