La abstención del PSOE impide que la ley trans, propuesta por sus socios de gobierno, salga adelante La proposición de ley de Irene Montero, que se votaba ayer en el Congreso tiene deficiencias, en opinión de los socialistas. La autodeterminación de género es el punto de discordia. Consideran que elegir el género sin más requisitos que la mera voluntad pone en riesgo los criterios de identidad del resto de españoles. La propuesta ha sido rechazada con 78 votos a favor, 143 en contra, entre ellos los de VOX y PP, y 120 abstenciones.
