Los abogados del expresidente de la Generalitat Carles Puigdemont y sus exconsellers Toni Comín y Clara Ponsatí han recurrido ante el Tribunal General de la Unión Europea la decisión del Parlamento europeo de suspender sus respectivas inmunidades parlamentarias para que puedan ser juzgados en España por su papel en el ‘procés’.
