El Juzgado de Instrucción número cuatro de Sevilla, ha rechazado reabrir la causa sobre el asesinato de Marta del Castillo para investigar a Francisco Javier Delgado, hermanastro del único condenado: Miguel Carcaño. La familia está convencida de que Carcaño no actuó solo. En una rueda de prensa, el padre de la joven sevillana, Antonio del Castillo, ha dicho que recurrirán hasta llegar al final y ha mostrado su descontento con la decisión del tribunal.

The Court of Instruction number four of Seville, has refused to reopen the case on the murder of Marta del Castillo to investigate Francisco Javier Delgado, stepbrother of the only convicted person: Miguel Carcaño. The family is convinced that Carcaño did not act alone.
