El Pleno del Congreso ha rechazado este jueves con los votos de PSOE, PP, Vox y Ciudadanos que en la mesa de diálogo sobre Cataluña se hable del referéndum de autodeterminación y de la amnistía como «propuestas de solución» al conflicto político existente, una moción que sí ha apoyado Unidas Podemos, que de hecho había pactado el texto con la CUP.
