Este jueves, el parlamento andaluz ha dado un paso más en la lucha contra la corrupción aprobando la Ley contra el Fraude y Corrupción. La norma ha salido adelante con los votos de Partido Popular, Ciudadanos y Vox. Psoe y Adelante Andalucía se han abstenido. El texto pretende impedir que ocupen cargos públicos personas encausadas o condenadas por corrupción o que tengan cuentas bancarias en paraísos fiscales. La ley contempla la creación de una oficina contra el fraude; un instrumento específico para prevenir, investigar este tipo de delitos así como proteger a las personas que se dirijan a ella para denunciar. El consejero de Justicia y Administración Pública, Juan Marín, se ha felicitado por el logro de sacar adelante esta ley que ya intentó cuando gobernaba en coalición con el partido socialista. Precisamente los socialistas han criticado el texto aprobado por ser, han dicho, una “chapuza legislativa” donde no se ha buscado el consenso con todos los grupos políticos.
