La asociación Juezas y Jueces para la Democracia (JJpD) ha pedido este miércoles al presidente del Tribunal Supremo y del Consejo General del Poder Judicial (CGPJ), Carlos Lesmes, su «dimisión» personal para forzar la renovación del órgano, una solicitud que, según JJpD, el magistrado no habría descartado si concurriesen las circunstancias adecuadas.
