🔴Noticia – Las nuevas medidas en Andalucía: toques de queda y reducción de aforos

Tras la reunión del comité de expertos este martes, Andalucía frena la desescalada ante el aumento de contagios de coronavirus en la comunidad. Para tratar de frenar la expansión del virus, la Junta ha anunciado nuevas medidas. Vuelve el toque de queda. Será de 2 de la madrugada a 7 de la mañana y se aplicará en aquellos municipios con más de 5.000 habitantes y que tengan una tasa acumulada de más de 1.000 casos por cada 100.000 habitantes. En las poblaciones con menos de 5.000 habitantes y que presenten esta incidencia, se hará una evaluación específica. Esta es al menos la intención de la Junta porque luego será el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía quien tendrá la última palabra. En la reunión también se modifican los aforos en hostelería y locales de ocio nocturno en función del nivel de alerta. En la hostelería se permitirá un máximo de 4 personas en el interior de bares y restaurantes y el servicio en barra solo se permitirá en los niveles de alerta 1, 2 y 3. Para el ocio nocturno, será necesario un registro de entrada para controlar la trazabilidad, es decir, un certificado que permita saber si se está contagiado o si se ha pasado la enfermedad. En el nivel 1 de alerta el aforo en discotecas y locales de ocio nocturno se limita al 75% mientras que en el nivel 2, será del 50%. El servicio en barra en estos establecimientos no estará permitido en el interior y solo se admitirá un máximo de 4 personas por mesa. En cuanto a las celebraciones, se reducen aforos en función de los niveles de alerta: en el nivel 1, se admite un 75% del aforo con un máximo de 200 personas. En el nivel 2, un 75% con un máximo de 150 personas. El gobierno andaluz también propone a los ayuntamientos el cierre de las playas en horario nocturno en aquellos municipios que estén en los niveles de alerta 2, 3 o 4. Las medidas entran en vigor la medianoche del 22 al 23 de julio.
