El PSOE de Málaga critica el plan de ayudas al alquiler puesto en marcha por el equipo de Gobierno de PP y Ciudadanos que sólo ha permitido beneficiar a 29 personas. ¿El motivo? Según denuncian los socialistas, los duros requisitos impuestos han impedido que las familias puedan acceder a las cuantías. Este plan, perteneciente al Instituto Municipal de la Vivienda, entró en vigor en marzo del año pasado y según el grupo municipal socialista, es una muestra más de la parálisis del equipo de gobierno. Un Ayuntamiento, dicen, que en los últimos 7 años sólo ha construido 64 viviendas de Protección Oficial. Por su parte, la edil socialista, responsable de vivienda, Alicia Murillo, ha calificado de puro maquillaje dado que es un plan que beneficia a muy pocos malagueños.
