🔴Noticia – El TSJA tumba el pasaporte Covid para el ocio nocturno

El Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía no ha avalado el uso del certificado covid para acceder a los locales de ocio nocturno, tal y como había propuesto la Junta. Según la Justicia la medida de implantar el pasaporte covid para acceder a los bares de copas y discotecas puede afectar a derechos fundamentales como el derecho a la intimidad personal, por mostrar datos relacionados con la salud, y choca con el principio de no discriminación, ya que hay un trato diferenciado entre locales. El Alto Tribunal andaluz impide por tanto al Gobierno de la Junta aplicar la principal medida aprobada para atajar los contagios de la quinta ola.

The Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia has not endorsed the use of the COVID certificate to access nightlife venues, as the Board had proposed. According to the Justice, the measure of introducing the covid passport to access the bars and nightclubs can affect fundamental rights such as the right to personal privacy, by showing data related to health, and collides with the principle of non-discrimination, since that there is a differentiated treatment between locals.
