La empresa está notificando por mensaje de texto a quienes ya habían adquirido una entrada y se les da estas dos opciones: si quieren cambiar el día de la visita, lo pueden hacer en el enlace web que se indica en el sms mientras que para la devolución del importe, tienen hasta cuatro días solicitándolo en la web o a través del correo electrónico info@caminitodelrey.info. Para el domingo y el lunes, la Agencia Estatal de Meteorología (AEMET) mantiene activo el aviso naranja en la provincia de Málaga por la ola de calor que podría elevar los termómetros hasta los 40 grados.
