El presidente de Líbano, Michel Aoun, y el político encargado de constituir un nuevo Gobierno en Líbano, Nayib Mikati, han firmado este viernes un decreto con el que ponen fin al vacío institucional en que vive el país desde hace más de un año, tras las explosiones en el puerto de Beirut.
