🔴Noticia – Puertos del Estado deja vía libre al hotel del Puerto

El proyecto de la Torre del Puerto sigue su curso a pesar de las dificultades que se está encontrando en su camino. Sin embargo, en las últimas horas ha salvado un escollo más: Puertos del Estado ha emitido un informe favorable al rascacielos. En concreto, da vía libre a la modificación de ciertos elementos del plan especial para poder edificar el hotel. La ley de Puertos establece que la instalación de un inmueble para uso hotelero en espacios portuarios está prohibida. Sin embargo, el Consejo de Ministros, puede hacer excepciones. Ahora se abre otra batalla política entre las diferentes administraciones: el Ayuntamiento de Málaga dice que para cambiar el plan especial debe ser aprobado primero por el Gobierno Central. En este sentido, ya el Ministerio de Cultura emitió el pasado 2 de agosto un informe mostrándose contrario a este edificio por considerar que alteraría de manera irreversible el paisaje histórico y natural de la ciudad.

The Torre del Puerto project continues its course despite the difficulties that it is encountering on its way. However, in the last few hours another stumbling block has been saved: Puertos del Estado has issued a favorable report for the skyscraper. Specifically, it gives free rein to the modification of certain elements of the special plan in order to build the hotel. The Law of Ports establishes that the installation of a property for hotel use in port areas is prohibited. However, the Council of Ministers can make exceptions. Now another political battle is opening between the different administrations: the Malaga City Council says that to change the special plan it must first be approved by the Central Government. In this sense, the Ministry of Culture already issued a report on August 2, opposing this building, considering that it would irreversibly alter the historical and natural landscape of the city.
