Tras muchos años de lucha, los vecinos del centro de Málaga decidieron recurrir a vías judiciales para acabar con el ruido del casco histórico. Y ahora el Juzgado de lo contencioso administrativo ha emitido una sentencia contra la inactividad del Ayuntamiento ante las denuncias de los afectados. En ella se reconoce que se vulneran algunos derechos fundamentales como el derecho a la intimidad personal y familiar. Sin embargo se rechazan otras denuncias como que se vulnera el derecho a la integridad física o moral. No obstante esta sentencia reconoce la existencia de un problema grave de ruidos en la Plaza Mitjana y su entorno y piden una indemnización de más de 13 mil euros anuales para cada uno de los recurrentes. Y qué ha dicho el Ayuntamiento. Bien pues el Consistorio ha anunciado que respeta la sentencia pero que no la comparte y por eso la recurrirá.
