Desde el 16 al 23 de mayo la Policía Local de Málaga ha realizado 73 intervenciones en el centro de la ciudad relacionadas con exceso de ruido en distintos establecimientos del casco histórico. Estas actuaciones se han saldado con 18 sanciones aunque no todas ellas se han dirigido a bares y restaurantes. El exceso de ruido en viviendas particulares ha llevado a los agentes a tener que intervenir y multar a sus ocupantes. Denuncias vecinales que incumplen la normativa municipal sobre prevención y control de ruido. También, los agentes han tenido que intervenir en distintas calles del centro por acciones como cantar o proferir gritos en la vía pública. Por este motivo, el exceso de ruido, fueron multados dos establecimientos y un tercero por incumplir el horario para la retirada de las mesas en la vía pública. La Policía también se ha tenido que emplear a fondo en lo referente al consumo de alcohol en plena calle o a la realización de actos incívicos como orinar en la vía pública. En este ámbito, los agentes municipales interpusieron un total de 24 denuncias en una única semana.

From May 16 to 23, the Local Police of Malaga has carried out 73 interventions in the center of the city related to excess noise in different establishments in the historic center.
