La cumbre de la OTAN ha concluido este jueves en Madrid tras dos días en los que se ha renovado el concepto estratégico para los próximos diez años, que sitúa a Rusia como principal «amenaza» de la Alianza. Otro de los puntos más destacados de la cumbre ha sido la protección de Ceuta y Melilla, un debate que el presidente del Gobierno, Pedro Sánchez, ve «artificial», pero que choca con la última respuesta del secretario general de la OTAN.
