Al menos trece personas han muerto como consecuencia de un bombardeo en la región ucraniana de Dnipropetrovsk, según las autoridades locales, que han culpado de este ataque a las Fuerzas Armadas rusas. De hecho, el Gobierno ucraniano ha informado al Organismo Internacional de Energía Atómica (OIEA) de un incidente provocado por un bombardeo el sábado cerca de la instalación de almacenamiento de combustible gastado en seco en la central nuclear de Zaporiyia que habría causado «algunos daños» aunque sin influir en la radiación de la zona.
