🔴Noticia – La Junta espera llegar a un acuerdo con los taxistas

Andalucía vive este fin de semana un paro generalizado del taxi. El sector rechaza el decreto de la Junta que pretende regular la actividad de los vehículos VTC. El conflicto viene de lejos pero los ánimos se han ido caldeando en las últimas semanas tras conocerse las intenciones del gobierno andaluz con los vehículos de transporte con conductor, a los que los taxistas ven como una amenaza. Ante esta situación, este próximo lunes, la consejera de Fomento mantendrá una reunión con el Consejo Andaluz del Taxi para abordar este asunto y buscar posibles soluciones. Marifrán Carazo espera que la reunión sea cordial y espera que haya acuerdo. Lo ha dicho en una entrevista con la Cadena Ser Andalucía, en la que ha defendido la normativa autonómica que, asegura, no va a dañar al taxi ni va a hacer que desaparezca. Carazo argumenta que la normativa reguladora de los VTC es una exigencia de la Unión Europea desde 2019 y apela a la necesidad de ordenar la convivencia entre estos dos servicios de transporte en las ciudades por el bien del usuario. La consejera sostiene que la norma mantiene la medida de 1 VTC por cada 30 taxis y respeta zonas de protección a las que no pueden acceder los VTC como aeropuertos y estaciones de tren y donde estos vehículos deben permanecer a una distancia de entre 150 y 300 metros.
