El Congreso ha rechazado las enmiendas a la totalidad a los presupuestos de 2023. Los siete grupos parlamentarios que habían presentado objeciones a las cuentas públicas no han sumado suficiente como para tumbar el proyecto de presupuestos que ahora sigue su tramitación parlamentaria. En total, la votación ha arrojado 186 votos en contra de las enmiendas, frente a 159 a favor y 3 abstenciones. PP, VOX, Ciudadanos, JuntsxCat, Foro Asturias, La Cup y los diputados expulsados de UPN habían sido los grupos que se mostraban en contra de estas cuentas. ERC, PNV y Bildu han rechazado los vetos pero han advertido de que deberán seguir negociando con el Gobierno por lo que su aprobación definitiva todavía no está asegurada.

Congress has rejected the amendments to the entire budget for 2023. The seven parliamentary groups that had presented objections to the public accounts have not added enough to knock down the budget project that is now undergoing parliamentary processing.
