El Tribunal Supremo (TS) ha acordado rechazar la medida cautelar en la que se solicitaba suspender a Rafael Mozo como presidente interino del Consejo General del Poder Judicial (CGPJ), según ha informado el alto tribunal.

The Supreme Court (TS) has agreed to reject the precautionary measure in which it was requested to suspend Rafael Mozo as interim president of the General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ), as reported by the high court.
