Las comercializadoras están atendiendo una media de 70.000 llamadas semanales de clientes que quieren pasarse a la tarifa regulada de gas subvencionada por el Gobierno. Hasta hace unos meses apenas 65.000 clientes se cambiaban al año, pero ahora se ha generado un cuello de botella ante la subida del gas. Es tal la cantidad de clientes que quieren cambiarse, que las cuatro comercializadoras autorizadas aseguran que no dan abasto. Por eso le han pedido al Gobierno que más compañías puedan ofrecer la TUR. La respuesta del Ejecutivo es que no tienen excusa. La ministra descarta por completo un cambio automático de una tarifa a otra, tal y como le piden los operadores.
