🔴Noticia – La Corte Penal Internacional ordena la detención de Putin

La Corte Penal Internacional ha emitido este viernes una orden de arresto contra el presidente ruso, Vladimir Putin. El Tribunal le acusa de crímenes cometidos durante la guerra de Ucrania. El organismo internacional ha emitido la orden de arresto ante la sospecha de que bajo directrices del Kremlin, se hayan realizado deportaciones ilegales de niños ucranianos a Rusia. Además, el tribunal también ha lanzado una orden de arresto contra Maria Alekseyevna Lvova-Belova, Comisionada de Rusia para los Derechos del Niño, por los mismos cargos. La orden de arresto establece que el presidente rus es responsable penalmente por haber permitido la comisión de estos delitos y no haber ejercido un control sobre sus subordinados civiles y militares que, bajo su autoridad, cometieron estos actos.

The International Criminal Court has issued this Friday an arrest warrant against Russian President Vladimir Putin. The Court accuses him of crimes committed during the Ukrainian war. The international organization has issued the arrest warrant on suspicion that, under Kremlin guidelines, illegal deportations of Ukrainian children to Russia have been carried out. In addition, the court has also issued an arrest warrant for Maria Alekseyevna Lvova-Belova, Russia’s Commissioner for Children’s Rights, on the same charges.
