🔴Noticia – La Fiscalía pide informes para saber si Griñan puede tratarse en prisión

La Fiscalía Anticorrupción ha solicitado a la Audiencia de Sevilla que reclame a la defensa de José Antonio Griñán información médica actualizada sobre diagnóstico y tratamiento del cáncer de próstata que sufre para saber si puede ser tratado en prisión. En base a ese informe, los médicos del centro penitenciario valorarán si el estado de salud del expresidente socialista de la Junta de Andalucía permite su estancia en la cárcel. Y es que, recordemos que Griñán fue condenado a 6 años y 1 día de prisión por la trama de los ERE fraudulentos. El centro penitenciario ya emitió un informe el pasado 8 de marzo en el que se especifica que la instalación dispone de un convenio con el Servicio Andaluz de Salud (SAS) para derivar pacientes encarcelados a los servicios especializados de los hospitales Macarena y Virgen del Rocío. De este modo, el expresidente andaluz, que en estos momentos está recibiendo radioterapia podría acabar entrando en prisión si los informes lo acreditan y si evoluciona el tratamiento de su enfermedad.
