Las discotecas Teatre y La Fonda Milagros tenían que haber cesado su actividad hace más de un año y dejar de operar, ya que había una orden de ejecución de cierre que el local no cumplió, de forma que ambos han funcionado «sin autorización desde la orden de cese de la actividad» que dictó el anterior Gobierno socialista, en enero de 2022.
