El presidente de la Junta de Andalucía, Juanma Moreno, ha afirmado que la coincidencia de las negociaciones del Presupuesto de la Junta con las desarrolladas en otros territorios tras las elecciones del 26M no ha ayudado, pero bien está lo que bien acaba, tras lograrse finalmente un acuerdo entre el Gobierno andaluz y Vox, que incluye el apoyo a las cuentas de 2019 y 2020. En una entrevista, Moreno ha indicado que Vox ha tenido altura de miras y ha sabido entender que para mantener la estabilidad y la confianza que está generando Andalucía a los mercados se necesitaba tener unas cuentas aprobadas. El jefe del Ejecutivo andaluz ha considerado legítima la estrategia utilizada por Vox durante las negociaciones, en lo que se refiere a reclamaciones que quería acentuar o a alzar la voz en una llamada de atención para reclamar su cuota de protagonismo.
