El certificado COVID impulsado por la Unión Europea para facilitar los viajes ha entrado oficialmente en vigor este jueves, en coincidencia con el inicio de la segunda temporada estival en pandemia, con más de 3,2 millones de estos pasaportes emitidos en España por las comunidades autónomas y el ministerio de Sanidad.
