🔴Noticia – Luz verde al pasaporte Covid en residencias y hospitales de Andalucía

La Fiscalía Superior de Andalucía ha avalado la implantación del certificado covid propuesto por la Junta de Andalucía para acceder a hospitales y residencias. La Justicia ha alegado que esta medida debe ser ratificada, ya que cuenta con habilitación legal suficiente y resulta proporcionada ante la compleja situación de riesgo sanitario en la que aún nos encontramos. La orden estima que las personas mayores de 12 años que accedan a hospitales y residencias presenten el pasaporte Covid, o bien una PCR negativa en las últimas 72 horas o 48 en caso de antígenos. Por último, existe la posibilidad de acceso mediante una prueba PCR que acredite la recuperación de una infección por el covid en los últimos seis meses.A juicio del Ministerio Público, se establece por tanto una restricción muy limitada al referirse solo a personas mayores de 12 años y a espacios que deben ser considerados, como señala el preámbulo de la norma, escenarios de mayor riesgo de transmisión. Las consecuencias negativas no solo se proyectan sobre pacientes o residentes, sino que afectan a un colectivo tan esencial y sensible como el personal sanitario.

The negative consequences are not only projected on patients or residents, but also affect a group as essential and sensitive as healthcare personnel.
