🔴Noticia – El TSJA rechaza el pasaporte Covid para residencias y hospitales en Andalucía

La Justicia ha rechazado la implantación del pasaporte Covid propuesto por la Junta de Andalucía para aquellas personas que realicen visitas o acompañamiento a los pacientes ingresados en centro hospitalarios o realicen visitas a las residencias de mayores, según ha informado el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía. La decisión del TSJA, pese al aval previo a la medida por parte de la Fiscalía Superior de Andalucía, no se suma finalmente a la de otros tribunales que han avalado el certificado. El Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía no ha aprobado la medida porque la orden carece de límite temporal. Los jueces le dicen al Gobierno andaluz que la medida es proporcional e idónea, pero le insta a volver a presentarla de manera inmediata con una limitación temporal adecuada.

The Justice has rejected the implementation of the Covid passport proposed by the Junta de Andalucía for those people who make visits or accompaniment to patients admitted to hospital centers or make visits to nursing homes, as reported by the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia.
